What do we offer?

Implementation and Integration

We assist customers in implementing and integrating Palo Alto Networks solutions in a way that ensures minimal disruption to their daily operations. Each implementation is tailored to the customer’s specific needs and existing IT infrastructure.

Monitoring and Maintenance

At Netsecurity, we have connected our Security Operations Center (SOC) with Cortex XDR, which is Palo Alto Networks’ platform for managing endpoints, identity, cloud, and network/firewalls. This enables us to achieve one of the fastest response times globally, with an average resolution time of under 5 minutes from when an alarm is triggered to when the case is resolved and closed, known as Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR).

Consulting and Training

We also provide comprehensive consulting and training to ensure our customers can use their Palo Alto Networks solutions effectively. Our experts conduct courses and workshops covering everything from basic usage to advanced threat management.

Maintaining security infrastructure is a top priority for any organization, and when issues arise, it’s critical to receive help quickly.

Netsecurity is a "Palo Alto Networks Authorized Support Center" (ASC), which means we can handle support cases locally in Norway. For the cases we cannot resolve internally, we escalate them to Palo Alto Networks' third-line support, ensuring a swift response for our customers.

We also provide ongoing support and expertise after the delivery is in place. Our operations team holds dedicated certifications to meet Palo Alto Networks' high standards as an Authorized Support Center (ASC).

The demand for security delivered as a service is rapidly increasing, and Netsecurity has taken the step to become Norway's first approved Managed Security Services Provider for Palo Alto Networks. We continue to deliver Palo Alto Networks’ solutions to both large and medium-sized enterprises and public organizations, but we are investing to meet the growing demand for security services.

When you purchase Palo Alto Networks solutions as a service, it means that customers receive the industry's leading security solutions that are always updated with threat intelligence and the latest protective measures. In other words, you no longer need to own the solution yourself or invest in internal security expertise.

Netsecurity is Palo Alto Networks' largest center of expertise in Norway

Netsecurity aims to be Norway's largest competence center for Palo Alto Networks products and solutions. Many employees at Netsecurity, in technical, sales, and administrative roles, hold at least one certification. We see this as important for fostering a common understanding and culture of what Palo Alto Networks contributes to society. The majority are highly competent and certified consultants who assist our Palo Alto Networks customers daily.

This has resulted in numerous awards, including Partner of the Year in Northern Europe. We are Norway's only Authorized Support Center ELITE for Palo Alto Networks.
