Implementation and integration

We help customers implement and integrate Palo Alto Networks solutions in a way that ensures minimal disruption to their daily operations. We tailor each implementation to the customer's specific needs and existing IT infrastructure.

Monitoring and maintenance

At Netsecurity, we have connected our security monitoring service (Security Operations Center - SOC) to Cortex XDR, which is Palo Alto Networks' platform for managing endpoints, identity, cloud, and network/firewall. This means that we have one of the world's fastest response times, with an average resolution time of under 5 minutes from when an alert is triggered until the case is resolved and closed, known as MTTR (Mean Time To Resolve).

Consulting and training

We also provide comprehensive consulting and training to ensure that our customers are able to use their Palo Alto Networks solutions effectively. Our experts hold courses and workshops covering everything from basic use to advanced threat management.

Norwegian support center staffed around the clock

Maintaining security infrastructure is a top priority for any organization, and if problems arise, it is important to get help quickly. Netsecurity is a so-called "Palo Alto Networks Authorized Support Center" (ASC), which means that we can handle support cases ourselves locally in Norway. The cases we are unable to resolve ourselves, we take further to level 3. line support at Palo Alto Networks, ensuring a fast response for our customers.

We also offer support and expertise after delivery is in place. Our operations team has dedicated certifications to meet Palo Alto Networks' high requirements for an Authorized Support Center (ASC).
