Netsecurity represented by the managing director is the data controller for our processing of personal data.

Netsecurity does not process personal data without a lawful basis for processing and not beyond what is necessary to fulfill a lawful purpose of processing. Our subcontractors are only permitted to process personal data on our behalf in accordance with a data processing agreement and in accordance with our information security requirements.

The information collected on our website may be used for marketing measures such as invitations to seminars, courses, other events, information about our services, as well as other direct/indirect marketing. Furthermore, collected information may also be used for statistics as well as the operation, maintenance and improvement of our website.

Netsecurity uses the analytics tool Hotjar to gain insight into how visitors use our website. The tool anonymizes IP addresses automatically and masks any sensitive fields in forms to safeguard privacy. The data is used only for internal analysis and is not shared with third parties.
