About the event

The threat landscape facing industrial systems is changing faster than most people can keep up with. New requirements, new attack paths, and a day-to-day reality in which IT and OT are becoming increasingly intertwined. For those working with critical infrastructure, that means higher demans on security and less room for error.

OT Roadshow is the event where you can actually discuss these issues with others who understand excactly what you mean. It is on the road in Norway this autumn, and in February 2027 we bring it to Stockholm.

Our OT experts from Norway will be on stage, and the whole programme, including the roundtables and scenarios, is held in English. You will hear about testing and verifying security barriers, what matters most when an attack does happen, and how to safely resume production afterwards.

The core of the programme is the roundtable discussions. We set aside 90 minutes in separate meeting rooms, where you will meet other professionals with backgrounds and challenges similar to your own. The groups are put together deliberately, based on role, industry, and experience, so the discussions land where they are most needed. There is room to ask the kinds of questions that are rarely raised in a busy workday, and to hear how others actually solve them. We finish with lunch, and you will be on your way home no later than 2:00 p.m.

Safety & Security - Testing and verification of safety barriers

Firewalls and logs only provide part of the picture

Using concrete and anonymized examples, Nina Hesby Tvedt from Securenok demonstrates what local OT monitoring can reveal in industrial environments—from unknown devices to unexpected network connections that bypass established security barriers.

How to return to normal operations?

The incident is over when the attacker is gone. The crisis is not over until production is once again secure, stable, and verified—and that is a different mission, with different people and different criteria for completion.

Lars Rødset, Senior OT Security Engineer, Netsecurity

11:50–12:00

Coffee break

Stretch your legs and get some coffee if needed

12:00–13:00

Scenario: Cyber incidents in industrial systems

Cyberattacks against industrial systems have become part of the threat landscape, but how do you deal with it when it actually happens?

In this part of the program, we introduce various scenarios where you will get to discuss potential challenges and solutions using the SANS 6-step model.

13:00–14:00 Restaurant

Lunch

We end the seminar with a lunch, with great options to build more relations.
